Impossible to cancel membership, Frank the owner never answers phone and they will continue to charge your account even after you try and fill out a so call cancellation form. After he agreed to refund my money after taking 3 months to get back after FB, Email, phone calls, letters, went to corporate he then said he doesn't owe me money since i couldn't get in contact with him. I call all the time to get information during staffed hours and nobody ever answers the phone. I've also emailed and still get no response. I signed up online since I never can get to an actual person and now I can't start going until I receive my card in the mail which is in 7-10 days! Very inconvenient.
