The location I started at in Anoka went out of business a few years. I called the Coon Rapids location and could not get a return call. I joined the the Elk River location because of specific amenities. They no longer provide this. In April my bank account was overcharged. apparently they have started charging randomly for 'facility improvements'. In my years with Snap I have never had such a charge. Hello Ginger, sorry about your experience with us. We decided to remove our tanning bed to make room for a Physical Therapist which better aligns with helping our members reach their health and fitness goals. We strive to help our members out as much as we can, even when members decide to quit we try to understand as much as we can to better serve them.
I love it here!! Entire staff is friendly always greeting you with a Hi or Bye!!! Always clean an equipment in working order!!!
