Garbage business holding my $116 while I have a voicemail from the business promising the refund. Don’t trust them.
Great staff and atmosphere. (5 stars). However, they need to pay more attention to cleaning the gym. (1 star) Equipment is dusty, sandy, lots of hair and other misc. Only high traffic areas are vacuumed, No attention to edging and other detail. Free weight floor is filthy. Not sure it's ever been cleaned.
This Snap Fitness is such a staple of the neighborhood. Everyone knows everyone and it's such a comfortable, friendly environment. Jess, the Club Manager is cheery, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. She has been helping to create a family here at this gym and has succeeded in building a community with the members. The layout is perfect and equipment is in great shape. I genuinely love coming here every day.
