Always clean!! The owner is great and always smiling. She's also always willing to help!! Great atmosphere!
Laid back. The best gym ever about letting u mind your own business about working out at your own pace.
I'm really loving it ppl are nice I don't expect from all I didn't go to make friends JUST getting this OLD body shaped up. lol
Great workout space, lots of friendly people and never to crowded.
