This place is awesome! It's small but has everything a person could need for your workout, including motivation! I've been meeting with LR Snap Fitness personal trainer Nathan. We've met twice a week for 30 minute sessions and he helps me get the most out of those 30 minutes! Worth it! If you're thinking about Snap Fitness, think about a Personal Trainer!
The team here is hands down the most experienced and dedicated ones of any Snap, or any gym for that matter, that I've come across. I go to a number of different gyms (rec centers, corporate, underground, crossfit) across the country travelling for work and I'll always train here when I'm in town no matter what. Affordable, and a great option for those state and downtown workers who need a convenient place for midday or after-work workouts. The facility has private showers, parking, and is very secure (24 hour access with a key card). On-staff trainers are available during business hours to assist with equipment, or work with you on a personal training program. I love that this is walkable, and centrally located near the Capital.
