Unless you are looking to be harassed by the owner (the wife, Lesa Carr I believe...the husband, Mike Carr is really pleasant) and stereotyped...this is not the Snap for you! I've been a loyal member of Snap since 2009 and didn't have a bad experience until today. I've lived in many states and have always promoted Snap because they are literally EVERYWHERE. I still love Snap but this one is HORRIBLE!
