The sound system has been broken for two weeks!! Zumba instructors have to lug in their own speakers in for class, an unreasonable burden and not their responsibility. Saturday class was cancelled and this Facebook site posted a virtual class instead. But with NO sound that was impossible. Why is there no response, never mind apology, from the owner or the management??!
Amazing people first and foremost!! Great trainers.. And great managers! Clean.. Quiet.. Modern facility. 24/7 access. And the best part is everyone cares. I have lost over 250lbs. And I did it with the help of Snap Fitness in Burlington!
The staff is welcoming and professional. The gym is conveniently located and well maintained. There’s a good variety of classes.
I work at several gyms in the area, and snap is excellent. As a trainer they treat me right and give me the freedom to help my clients reach thier fitness and health goals. Well outfitted, open 24/7 and all the trainers here are certified, fantastic operation.
Used to go there , loved it . If I move closer def. going back to Snap Fittnes !
