It's really convenient cause it's right down the street and is always open.
I'm very disappointed! I have heard amazing things about this place! I called and was not impressed with how I was treated! Unfortunately, I was considering it because a friend could have gotten a free month because she recommended it! I guess I will check elsewhere! Only three options and I wasn't impresses with the pricing! I miss the Flex!
The price is right, it's close to my home, they have everything you could want or need for weight lifting or just getting fit.
Great environment and the Staff are amazing and know there stuff.. Great gym to be at, won't go anywhere else.
I love that you don't have to fight for any of the machines or weights. Also if you have not tried the workouts that Chris is doing you should. I have had major improvements in my running times and stamina.
