Just had my first session today! Really like this place! Has a great energy and friendly and supportive staff. My first session with Dennis, the personal trainer was only supposed to last 1/2 hour and he spent over an hour with me! It is meticulously clean and just a very comfortable environment. Anxious to go back again tomorrow and get started with my program!
