This is a horrible place to buy a vehicle. Bad customer service. You will be lucky to be greeted at the door when you walk in, (they like to stay in the back with the door shut), or to receive a call back if you try to get in touch with a corporate employee. You will pay double what a vehicle is worth. You will deal with horrible attitudes, and you are likely to be sold a vehicle that doesn’t even work properly. Dont not purchase nothing from them.... the interest rate to to damn high and the lied about the vehicle's I took mines back after 2 months I was trying to refinance with my bank and they kept saying we dont have the title, lies they tell. So I drop it off at the dealerdeal. Yes imma fight this tooth and nails so they better be ready! Also I purchased a 2019 no money down interest rate is 7.99 and they snap & drive gave me a 20%
Great customer service. But, I would suggest only using them as a dealership of last resort, for example if you can only afford the low down payment and have no other options . Prices are near the full MSRP price for the vehicle , like a 2015 Altima for 19,000 and some change for 500 a month😭😭
I had a great experience. They did everything they could for me to get me in a car. They were nice and respectful and caring. Ask for Patricia when you go in. She will do EVERYTHING she can to get you in a car.
