Beware of this company! Sounds very promising on the phone but do not meet expectations at all. Arrived two and a half hours late. They did not apologize and did a terrible job. The carpets remained dirty and I was not reimbursed.
The comments below me are FAKE! The owner has been out of commission for more than a month but the scammers below posted LAST WEEK! Why would you log into a company's feedback and leave negative comments if you never received the service! They even posted fake pics! Thats sooo wrong!
Such a waste of time & Money !!! couldn't believe it... how rude the owner could be! if you can do the job just admit it, dont take my money and leaving me with dirty rug and no refund. STAY AWAY!
This company is SCAM! They never show up when you make an appointment with them, they don't answer the phone. Don't use their services, STAY AWAY! p.s. If you want to see a real rating, which is very low, just go check those scammers in Yelp!
I woke up to a nightmare...my whole place was flooded. After calling my insurance company I called Snap A Rug. The guys gave me a quick appointment...within a couple days..my floors were completely restored and ready for renovation. My family and I thank you!
