When I called, their message said they were not taking you clients. So, I search elsewhere. Thank you.
Poor customer service. On the day of tree removal he did not grind the stump down and failed to tell me this before they left. I called several times and left messages. He called back more than two weeks later to tell me he couldn’t get the stump grinder through my gate. I called multiple times to see if he will grind the stump if I take my fence down, have yet to receive a response. Price did not reflect the stump not being ground down.
Brett from Snake River Tree Service is the best! Super helpful and responsive, great price and great work cutting down our enormous dying tree and grinding the stump. He even went to the city and checked on our permit for us when it got confusing! . I could not be happier!
They were very personable and courteous. They did a wonderful job pruning our three trees (flowering plum, red maple & ash). They did a great job cleaning all the limbs up. I would highly recommend them!!!
