Sourcing some of the finest coffees from around the world, we develop roast 'profiles' to bring out the best flavor characteristics in each bean. Great coffee, food & service! Went here three out of four mornings in Jackson and regret not going a fourth time. We got bison sandwiches and pastries… both delicious. If you’re considering going to Persephone just go here instead… you’ll have a much better experience.
Recently visited after a few days hiking in Grand Teton. Was a perfect return to civilization before our flights. The breakfast burrito ($15) was hearty and tasty and I loved the Honey + Flowers latte ($8). Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Jackson Hole.
Great coffee spot in Jackson…. Oh and the donuts!
