Bad service and no follow through. We went in to ask about repairs on our hot tub that was purchased from there, they told us they could fix it and then sold us a new cover, steps, and chemicals but when we were ready for the repair they told us they can’t repair it now. We feel completely taken advantage of. I’m happy to change the review if they follow through with their commitments. As of now I highly recommend any other retailer. Save your time and your money and find better service.
Amazing experience with Snake River Pool and Spa. We bought our hot tub there a couple years ago and have LOVED it. Now it’s time to replace the cover and lift mechanism (my children broke it…this is why we can’t have nice things ). Anyway, I got in touch with Freya who immediately presented different cover options, pricing, and answered my questions. She also helped me set up their spa cleaning and maintenance service which I also recommend. She was so helpful. Amazing customer service. Thank you Freya!
We love our HotSprings Flair! We went in almost 10 months before we were ready for delivery, and Brandon took the time to answer questions, show us options, and helped us pick out the right spa for us. He kept in contact with us through the process, checking in before delivery and follow-ups afterwards. We thank him for his time and commitment to us.
Have been a long supporter of Snake River pool and spa until now. Had a leak on my grande hot tub, I called and scheduled a service call. The tech came out, took off the left side panel, chipped away at the spray foam insulation for 20 minutes. The tech couldn’t find the leak, told me to try and install “fix a leak” product and hopefully that seals it. So I spent $160 for someone to come out, take out insulation from hot tub and not replace it, leave a mess for me to clean up and spent another $60 in product that didn’t work... read more
