Brandon was our rep and he was absolutely amazing. His knowledge is extremely vast, and he was able to accommodate exactly what our family needed with a new hot tub. Outstanding job! We just purchased a Rhythm hot tub from the Costco event April 2025. They delivered as promised on time. Everything was setup correctly. They were on time on delivery day. Would definitely buy from snake river again.
Our Wellness Consultant, Cameron Collingwood, was fantastic! He kept us up-to-date on the process and answered all of our questions promptly. The installation crew was very professional, efficient and helpful! We would recommend Snake River Pool & Spa to others!
I called the store and asked how to dewinterize my hot tub and Freya was so helpful, she told me all the steps I need to take and offer me the option to bring in a water sample if I need help balancing it. Service was a 10 out of 10!
