Tyler with snake river pool & spa service came to fix my hot tub and went above and beyond he did an awesome job and fixed the issue great company
I needed a part for my hot tub. They were very helpful and very nice.
It’s so hard to find good service these days but Aiden and Brandon went above and beyond to help us get my parents hot tub up and running. They were friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable. We will be upgrading our spa soon and will buy from here based on the excellent experience.
The entire staff are always cordial and helpful.
My wife and I went into Snake River Pool & Spa to "browse." Mark Marcelin was the first person we spoke to and he was very personable. We asked questions and he answered them without a sales pitch. He explained the general benefits of owning a spa and he invited us to come back with our swim gear so that we could relax in one. He was very helpful in finding the right spa for us.
