Josh at Snags saved us today. Our son lives in Huntsville and goes to Sam. Today he broke down on I45 south and was in a dangerous bind. We are far away and couldn’t assist, so we coordinated to ensure our son was safe and his vehicle was retrieved. While other companies were charging 4 times the reasonable rate, Snags was not only affordable, but Josh went out of his way to help my son and we couldn’t be more thankful. Called the local Crockett Tx office regarding information for the company I work for and the man who answered was completely rude and not helpful at all. We got referred to them by a local paint and body shop, but never expected to be treated so poorly. Will never recommend.
