I am disappointed with this service. The price seemed too good to be true and it was. We only had this service for a little over a week. Before they began, we changed or pool filters, partially drained/refilled the pool and balanced the chemicals. Per an analysis by Leslies pools we were at 80%, the copper levels were .01 high and the chlorine was high(we shocked a day before the water was tested). So basically the pool was in good condition.
