Linda, the office manager is VERY VERY VERY RUDE and I am going to go over top of her head with a grievance. She has no respect for anyone and it's very sad. She will force you to step outside of yourself and risk it all...
I dont know why this company has such bad reviews because Mrs.Maria, Kym & Mary are amazing and care about the tenants just pay your bills and be respectful

If I could leave negative Stars I would. The owner whose name is Ari is very good telling you what you want to hear and not the facts. He is very unprofessional and so were all of the previous 4 office managers that i had to deal with the 6 years I lived at a house they rented out on Paris Ave. in Brooklawn. Linda the current office manager takes the cake for the most unprofessional and rudest of them all. If I were anyone considering renting off of these people PLEASE DON'T!!!
