Absolutely the WORST boat service company I've experienced in 30+ years. Terrible, NO ZERO customer service. They must have serious internal issues since an employee committed to send their manager the next day and they NEVER followed up. AWFUL!
SN was hired by the broker I used when I purchased my boat, to detail it. They did nothing to my boat and refused to refund the $1200. they were paid. Steer clear of these guys, they are a 100% ripoff
