I had an 1:15 appointment today I’ve waited for 17 minutes no one came & got me no one said anything so I left I had other things to do this is not good for business
I’m not sure what’s up with some of the bad reviews but I’d disregard them. I drive 35 minutes to come to this place because it’s just that good. There’s never a long wait and all the techs do an amazing job. There’s plenty of reviews saying they’ve been charged a different amount every time and I’ve never experienced that. Today I even let them do what they wanted with my nails and told them to surprise me because I didn’t know what I wanted. They turned out amazing.
