I'd give them 0 stars. Made an appointment over a week ago for lashes and get there to find out that she didn't look at her schedule for the day and has someone else booked. I'm leaving on a trip tomorrow so finding someone else isn't possible. Don't offer online scheduling if you're not going to actually honor the appointment.
