If I can give a zero review I would. I leased a home with the old realty group that was changed to this new name. From the beginning everything started off with nothing but issues. But the way everything ended was beyond ridiculous. When we first moved in the entire house reeked of Marijuana and cigarettes. Stove was filthy with oil spills on the cabinets. The worst and regretted ever renting a home with this company I called to break my lease due to domestic violence at that point I didn't feel safe to live where I stayed and I was told I can void charges all I needed to pay is what I owe I called so they can put that on paper for proof but all every agent I spoke to kept ignoring my demands i even had my own mother call and they told her the same. I kept hearing different responses from different agents but no resolution in the end they overcharged me for damages that came w... read more
