I’ve been going to this dentist for years. I must say my hygienist was very professional and very pleasant easy to talk to Good service.
I was greeted by a staff member at the front desk and was told that she would let the hygienist know that i’m here. After a few mins she came to get and was very friendly , she asked a few questions about my teeth , then i got my cleaning done . She kept checking that i was ok throughout my time with her. Great job done and thanks for making me feel comfortable. Amazing job on cleaning and after care advice on keeping my teeth healthy and clean.
Promptly seen at appt time, pleasant attenyive receptionists, hygenists who listen, work gently and efficiently, respond to questions with info and appropriate advice or referrral to the dentist, and a dentist who gives immediate feedback, asks questions, and listens to symptoms and concerns. My problem was addressed, not dismissed. The clinic has a very efficient online notification/reminder system with options for contact and directions.
My dental visit was fast and my dentist was courteous and cheerful so all in all my visit was great, four cavities filled in less than 40 minutes I think that's a record.!
