The best part store around. It my go to and they are always so helpful. And the store manager Kimberly is the best and nicest person ever. She help me find so many parts for my truck other part store couldn't. And quality parts.
The Manager, Kimberly, and the store district manager were both rude and disrespectful to not only me but my whole family. My mother in law was trying to return parts that she did not end up needing and they would not return her cash money. She paid in cash and that is what she needed back. Both my mother in law and myself were yelled at by the store manager. Manager lady, Kimberly, was nasty and unreasonably rude. Was attempting to return an unused part purchased from their store, the original price i paid was good and I was able to get my full refund, but only after arguing with them for 2 full days. They belittled my wife and I, accused us of just trying to get money out of them; when all we wanted was to return a part we ended up not needing. Whole time it was their issue and they just didn’t wanna make it right. Will not be returning while she’s still the manager.
