The reception team is incredibly rude both over the phone and in person. On top of that, we waited over 4 hours to be seen, and were treated extremely poorly for asking for updates on wait times/if we had missed being called. Ridiculous wait times, yet they charge if you are 15 minutes late which seems incredibly hypocritical. The staff stood at the front gossiping and laughing the entire time we waited, likely explaining the extreme delay. I left my first and last appointment with Dr.Faniyi in tears. Not because of a diagnosis — because of how I was treated. I came in as a new patient following a chemical pregnancy, requesting bloodwork to check my hormone levels as I’m wanting to sta ontop of my fertility for future trying to conceive. Instead of being met with any degree of care or compassion, I was argued with, talked over, and flat-out refused. doctor was absolutely useless, refused a rec for basic blood work. Worst beside manner I've ever experienced in a doctor's office. Agrued with the patient. Website looks completely unprofessional and whoever made it does not know what they are doing. Save the headache and never even bother booking anything here. Incompetence across the board and awful conditions inside the clinic. zero stars.
