Receptionists always friendly.
The reception team is incredibly rude both over the phone and in person. On top of that, we waited over 4 hours to be seen, and were treated extremely poorly for asking for updates on wait times/if we had missed being called. Ridiculous wait times, yet they charge if you are 15 minutes late which seems incredibly hypocritical. The staff stood at the front gossiping and laughing the entire time we waited, likely explaining the extreme delay.
