This place is a Joke. Appointment at 10 it is currently 10:30 and there are still others seeing my doctor before me. Total BS
Receptionist was very rude and had very bad communication skills and my family doctor is never available, I always have to see a different doctor but after today I will never be coming back. Honestly not surprised the reviews are so low.

Have the audacity to charge no show fees, but you'll sit for 15 to 30 minutes past your appointment time before getting in. Anywhere else an appointment time means that's when you go in and deal with your business, not have an appointment for 1 and not get in until 130. I've been coming here for 20 years, I've had to tell my doctor for 1t years I don't like pills, what is the solution to any issue 98 percent of the time? Pills. It's bullshit
I've had good and bad experience with this Clinic. Clinic policy is easily the most disappointing piece of this practice. For example, if your family Dr doesn't see eye to eye with you on your condition, and you see someone else there who does, you aren't able to set up follow up calls/refills with prescribing Dr. Over the phone. You are however able to make a physical appointment for some time down the road. You will likely be out of medication by the time your appointment comes.
