The Smyrna-Vinings Office has great Realtors and is led by a great Managing Broker who is responsive and very helpful.
This company has left their "open house" sign behind as trash. The neighborhood does not appreciate littering. I have personally tried to call, text(a few times) to ask that they remove it but no answer or reply of any kind... Keller Williams also had an "open house" sign left their as trash but removed it as soon as I had reached out to them (kind of says something about the difference between the two companies).
Cheryl is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and will work to get you any answers she may not have. Truly knowledgeable and supportive!
