No one answers the phone. I mean NEVER! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Every single time you go in there the women behind the front are chit chatting away.
If I could give 0 stars I would.. had me sitting in the waiting room when there was no one else even there while 3 workers sat in the office laughing & talking instead of helping me.. Then I leave & try to call & get no answer every time.. now I know why. They laugh & talk instead of doing their job !!

No one ever answers the phone. I've walked in there after trying to call for several days and they just let the phone ring instead of answering calls. It's very frustrating when I need to communicate with my social worker but can't because the receptionist (or whoever) doesn't pick up the phone.
Guess what ? Manners are free. For those whose mommy and daddy's never taught them.j c
