All day today May 20, 2025 both myself and the Milford location have constantly called this place, location and the phone just rings and rings and rings what are the employees there being paid to do, because answering the phone, providing assistance IS NOT HAPPENING so why even have employees there being paid and this location even open?
No one answers the phone. I mean NEVER! If I could give them 0 stars I would. Every single time you go in there the women behind the front are chit chatting away.
If I could give 0 stars I would.. had me sitting in the waiting room when there was no one else even there while 3 workers sat in the office laughing & talking instead of helping me.. Then I leave & try to call & get no answer every time.. now I know why. They laugh & talk instead of doing their job !!
