The driver that delivered my concrete did damage to our home and the quality control or customer service guy made the decision that they are not responsible. I am just a customer not a big contractor but I think they did not do the right thing. I will find another concrete supplier for the remainder of my concrete. #bad customer service. #SRM is not a good company. #SRM doesn't care #SRM they did damage and don't want to fix it
