Had an appointment at 4 PM was checked in around 4:05 nurse checked me out right away. Then sat in the room for 45 min and was never seen by the doctor. I then had to ask where the doctor was at this time was advised she was running behind. I asked how this could happen as they take appointments for this reason was told there was an emergency in the morning and put them behind, all I could think to my self is if it was an emergency why didn't that person go to the emergency room. Guy that did the sleep study was easily 10/10 awesome explained everything answered any questions no matter how dumb. But the office and actual Dr's seem like a joke been 3 weeks since I got the test never got contacted with results tried to call and get results and guess what voice mail. God forbid you inconvenience them to do their job they should've done 2 weeks ago..
The last time I went for my asthma they set me up a return appointment, my prescription expired 2 weeks before my visit, they would not call in my meds without seeing me even though I already had an appointment. I called my primary care whom I had just seen and got my meds called in. I then cancelled my appointment and I will find a new pulmonary doctor, or let my primary care treat my asthma.
