I came here with my mom. We were greeted immediately and enjoyed our time here. My toes look great.

Customer service has really gone downhill. While I have had great experiences in the past with individual nail techs, I doubt I’ll return. The lack of greeting, waiting several minutes to even be acknowledged, only to find that the salon was not entirely busy. I saw 2-3 people that weren’t even servicing anyone. After being acknowledged, I was told to sit down at any chair. There was one tech that did acknowledge me but he went to the back and didn’t return after several minutes.
