I was the first person in the salon when they opened and no other customers, just one worker. She had me sit down for a pedicure but never said another word to me. She didn’t ask what color I wanted, didn’t start the water, and didn’t offer me anything while I just sat there waiting. About 15 minutes later, another customer walked in, and she immediately began working on her pedicure instead. I’m not sure why she chose not to service me, but this was extremely poor customer service and a very disappointing experience.
The pedicure was relaxing and I loved the color I chose! “GINGER” Im definitely retuning to this location and having wings next door at TOOTS!!
