The lady who did my toes was great! I would continue to go to her. However, my nails...YIKES. I had a fill done and she said that my nails looked like they were done by her, impressed by my nail techs work. So I was excited that she could do a least as good as my last nail tech or better. Went to go get simple acrylic nails with this baby pink color for my anniversary and they look horrible. This was my first time there !! Very bad 🤷🏻♀️
Been a couple times always a good experience.
I was the first person in the salon when they opened and no other customers, just one worker. She had me sit down for a pedicure but never said another word to me. She didn’t ask what color I wanted, didn’t start the water, and didn’t offer me anything while I just sat there waiting. About 15 minutes later, another customer walked in, and she immediately began working on her pedicure instead. I’m not sure why she chose not to service me, but this was extremely poor customer service and a very disappointing experience.
