Let me say this, I see Dr.Chaganty and he is wonderful. Very kind and thorough. He is one of the few physicians left that still believe in good bedside manners. However, the staff is another story. After receiving several automated phone calls and emails reminding me of my appointment. Literally about 5 reminders. I get there only for them to tell me i have to call my insurance company because in their system I have both a primary and secondary. And the primary is showing up as inactive. Wonderful experience. Staff was all very welcoming. The check-in to check-out process was smooth. I also was able to have my blood drawn in the office - saves a trip to a lab! Dr. Chaganty is a very compassionate physician. Highly recommend this primary care practice to anyone!
I cannot recommend Premier Primary Care Medicine in Smyrna, GA highly enough. From the moment you walk in, the entire experience is top-tier. The customer service at this practice is unparalleled. I scheduled a new patient appointment, and received a very polite voicemail from Eddie, informing me that my specific insurance plan was not accepted and that I would need to proceed as an uncovered patient. I called back and both Eddie and the woman I spoke to on the phone were extremely polite.
