I feel so grateful to have found this practice and Jacob Schoeff. He and his staff always provide unparalleled expertise and customer service. Most of the complaints I read involve insurance company issues. I'd agree our country needs to join the rest of the world by providing universal healthcare. The excessive costs and hassles aren't going on in the rest of the industrialized world. We have simply gotten used to care dictated by insurance companies. He and his staff are super nice, efficient, professional. It has been hard for me to find good doctors in Georgia in general and when I found him, everything changed for me for better. I highly recommend him and his staff. No complaints.

I accidently posted my review to the incorrect office in East Cobb, this experience was based on my interaction with the Smyrna Office on 03/25/2026 Instead of sitting in the lobby at 9:30 AM for my 10:00 AM appointment, I’m home writing a negative review in a pretty high level of discomfort.
