Wonderful experience. Staff was all very welcoming. The check-in to check-out process was smooth. I also was able to have my blood drawn in the office - saves a trip to a lab! Dr. Chaganty is a very compassionate physician. Highly recommend this primary care practice to anyone!

The customer service at this practice is unparalleled. I scheduled a new patient appointment, and received a very polite voicemail from Eddie, informing me that my specific insurance plan was not accepted and that I would need to proceed as an uncovered patient. I called back and both Eddie and the woman I spoke to on the phone were extremely polite.
