I visited office in hopes purchases was Extremely Disappointed with the service I received the show room was empty the Reception said I need chaperone with me to look at the glasses and I ask to take my name out the system she got a Attitude poor customer service they want get my money
The doctor I have been seeing is great; takes his time, thoroughly conducts the eye exam and discusses any questions. My rating is based solely on management of the glasses department. NOTE: I am local, for some reason Yelp/my computer posted my location as California. I used to have good experiences with the glasses department at Smyrna Eye Group but that changed starting a couple years ago. I do not like to put companies or anyone on blast, but after all of my failed attempts at a resolution with Smyrna Eye Group, I am going to do just that. I ordered glasses from them and ended up disliking them very much. They refused to refund my money & my insurance also refused to refund me; but promised they’d help me find new frames. They took back my brand new lenses & frames, while they ordered a few frames for me to try, but never did and never contacted me back, nor never responded to my multiple emails. Not onl... read more
I was not told that I could not have another person with me (my 5 yr old daughter.) My time was wasted because of the lack of information given by the consultant who scheduled my apt. I am a single parent with no family or friends in the area that would have been able to watch my daughter while I went to my appointment.

Everyone, from check in to check out, was professional, courteous and helpful. My doctor explained everything easily and answered my questions. I never felt rushed. I felt like a valued patient/customer the entire time.
