I had very severe oral pain just before the Memorial Day holiday. I had previously come to Smyrna Dentist in 2018 and didn’t plan on going back however they were the only one able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment. I had to have 2 root canals which they started that day and placed a temporary cap. Issue 1: My appointment to complete the root canal was literally TWO WEEKS LATER. Worst dentist office. I was told they would call to put my prescription in and I would receive a call back in regards to getting a root canal and tooth extraction. 2 hours go by without a call from the office. So I called them to asked have prescription been send over and when can I schedule my procedure. The very unprofessional front desk work stated they haven’t put in my prescription and I would receive a call back before 5. I asked her why couldn’t they just tell me now. RecommendedDr. Johnson is the best! I came to the office yesterday after going to another dentist who did a root canal and i was still in pain (2 weeks later). He fixed the issue and for the first time in 2 weeks, i slept through the night! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Johnson!
