dr bella and her assistant claudia they were very welcoming and so profesional they give you details and explain to you show you pictures of your kids teeth explaining what they are going to do step by step if you dont undertand especially . my son he was very comfortable they give you a toy while they are in the room to be diatracted . my son had a great expirience on his first consultation visit especially for kids they are heart warming people amd joyfol at their work place
The Dr was so rude. When I shared my concerns she was insensitive & showed no empathy or understanding. The assistant was really nice, took the time to explain things to me & if the Dr acted like her then I would've come back. I won't be going back there again. It wasn't your policies I had an issue with. It was how I was talked to & how the Dr couldn't understand why I was concerned about my child's safety. The assistant was great.
