Horrible! After she reads my review she won't be asking who I am. My son was referred there because he had dental work and I wanted the nitrous gas. Anyway, I made the apt on Dec. He had his consultation on January. My husband took him and they liked the place. The staff was really nice. Until...they lied. My husband was told he had to pay out of pocket for the gas. If I could give them zero stars I would!. BEWARE! Smyles &co is by far the worst dentist I have ever been too. They do NOT care if your child is in pain. They care more about forms and paperwork then the pain your child is in.( Even tho my childs doctor said they sent them several times and we're getting frustrated themselves with this dental office) Not to mention they are never available, do not try to get you in for a sooner emergency appointment and NEVER answer the phone and it takes them days to return your voicemails.... read more
This place is absolutely amazing. My son is autistic and they were 100% equipped to handle him. We went to two other dentists that didn’t know what to do with him. But not here, Smyles and Co is by the best dentist out there especially for special needs.
