To be able to schedule a procedure covered by my insurance I first had to pay a $155.25 Behavior management fee. My insurance has $0 co so I calles my insurance. They said that fee breaks the agreement they have with the provide. Becasue I called my insurance they are cancling a medically nessasary treatment on my child because they had to remove the $155.25 fee. Britrany the office manager is unprofessional and keeps hanging up the phone.
