I can ALWAYS count on Smurf to show up quickly and address their work, honestly. I sent a text yesterday early, because my furnace wasn't working and they were here and gone (furnace fixed for a service call fee only) by 10am! Who else offers that kind of service?! I trust them so much, I hired them to service our church's 4 furnaces and 4 AC units!
