They have key drop box to make dropping your car easier. Friendly staff and they communicated with me on everything. Brought my car in for a NSY inspection and they didn’t try to upsell me or lie about anything that needed to be fixed. Car was ready on time Oil change prices were on par with other places and they didn’t try to upsell me with any extra filters. Very happy with my experience and will definitely be using them for service in the future.
We have purchased 2 used Subaru's from Smukall and have all of our service and repairs done here. This family knows Subaru's inside and out. They are honest and trust worthy. They go through and explain everything. We couldn't be happier!
2012 Forester with an oil leak, agreed to the $4,000 cost for master cyl. and labor to correct. After getting car back, after almost 2 week, it continues to leak oil. Took it back and they claimed a gasket wasn't tight. Still leaked! Ended up trading the car it! Should have done that from the start.
