EXCELLENT SERVICE I called at 8:30 in the morning, set up an appointment for that SAME day. The technician was RIGHT ON TIME, did what he said he could do for the quoted price. Sam was the technician and he sure knew his stuff. Would use them and send my friends to them.
Mr. I needed my computer soldered, live hours away but he was the closest to my location. No appointment, walked in and he fixed the solder on my computer in under 2 minutes. Might not be the cheapest in town but, probably the best.
TV Repair/Guarantee Service Although my Philips Rear Projection HDTV Repair is not a happy ending and she now must be put to rest. I would rate SMTRONICS as very honest and hardworking. The repair cost for my TV was refunded and that alone speaks for itself. You will get honesty, integrity and very prompt attention. Thanks again for your effort Sam!
Great Service! I had my older Toshiba projection TV repaired today. I call at 4:30PM for an appointment at my house and the TV was fixed at the quoted price by 6:30. No BS, no up sale, no this, that and the other just plain old fashioned repaired. Well done Sam, thank you.
SAM THE MAN My LCD picture went out on sunday night.Had work on monday ,When I got home after 5:30 PM,I called around and found SAM. He said bring it down.By that time it was 5:59 PM .He's only open 6;00PM. HE FIXED IT for 140.00 I WAS HOME AND WATCHING TV BY 7:30 PM. THANK YOU VERY MUCH
Unexpected Great Service I found my LCD wouldn't power up when I came home on my lunch hour. Thinking I was going to have to fork out for a new tv right after christmas was not making me very happy. So I looked online, saw Sam's hours and gave him a call at 5 pm. He told me he could come out and guaranteed me that he could fix the issue.
