Experience purchasing was easy. I would say customer service needs work for sure. Bought a mini Cooper as a gift for my daughter’s sweet 16. Parked it essentially with only driving it to wash and fill with gas after getting home in Warner Robins. She received the car on 6/7. By 6/14 it was parked and unable to drive due to an issue with the camshaft.
