Scott Albers in Lincoln NE has been a godsend! Quick response, extremely helpful. If he doesn't have an answer he'll find one. Rates are great and never finds issues to charge for that aren't there or unnecessary. Also at times will walk you through a question on the phone without a service call. Always teaching me something new and about safety. He's the best. I'm a travel nurse and I wish I could have one of him in every state I go to!
Scott was very prompt and showed good knowledge of all the systems in my RV . Enjoyed his insight and advice.Will use him again if I need help
We were having problems with one of our slides and Scott was able to come out quickly, take a look and gave us a detailed report of what was wrong and fixed it right away. We appreciate his promptness and professionalism! Would definitely recommend him.
Prompt and professional service. Scott did a great job on roof repair for our camper. I highly recommend SMT.
Had Scott come out and replace roof sealant that the dealership did a poor job of on our new RV. Scott was ontime and did a great job replacing the sealant and provided great before and after pictures of the work so i could provide pictures to the dealership. I highly recommend Scott and will totally use him again when in the Lincoln,NE area and need help with RV repairs.
