Worst slum lords you can meet. They literally send you to properties that have bad infestations such as bed bugs, fleas, rats, mice, bats, spiders, and other infestation creatures. Poor quality living conditions. Usually everything is never truly repaired. They will take you to court over their own damages they do not repair. Then blame it on you.
