April 6 my brother in law spun out and hit the ditch on 23 and when I went to pull him out one of the SMS service trucks stopped and helped us out. My rope was too small and the tech had lots of rope and chain and took the time to help pull him out. If this guy is indicative of general company culture, they've got the winning mentality!
