TILE BY SMRZ rehabbed our bathroom we got several estimates but Joel’s was the best ! Work was completed on time and on budget. We are so happy with their work that we are going to hire him again to do our upstairs bathroom. I highly recommend TILE BY SMRZ.

We hired smrz remodeling (joel smrz) to replace the tile in our foyer. Big mistake. He provided a cost estimate and then wanted more $ to complete. After receiving $ he did not show up yo complete the work. Not a registered business with lombard My wife does not want him in our home due ti hus volatile and explosive behavior
