I also am receiving billing for equipment not received. Louis billing department will not return phone calls. Since this harassment has continued for more than a year after requesting I be removed SMRT. Nest will be a 1 star rating with the BBB and a request the San Diego DA fraud section please investigate such a shoddy company.

No follow up on questions. Have been waiting since November 6 for a follow-up phone call as well as supplies that were to be mailed to me that were not included on my delivery of equipment. I have also left numerous phone messages. No one has returned my calls and it's been almost a month. Impossible to get a live person on the phone.

They do not answer their phones or return messages left for billing questions, or on emergency inquiries. :) I am

I talked with them in June about sleep supplies I received that were incorrect, and the person I talked with said she would send me a label to return the supplies and send the correct supplies. Not only has this not happened, but now they have sent two more sets of the wrong supplies, two days in a row, after I returned their recent call and left a message telling them to send nothing until they talk with me. They have not returned my call. (All these supplies are being billed to Medicare.... )

Billing was a nightmare! I have a PPO and also a secondary insurance. Discovered billing for equipment I never received, high turnover in the office. With a ppo that pays 80% out of network and a secondary that picks up the difference, I never have anyone who doesn't want my business. Tried explaining to them how to submit to secondary for payment... every time I turned around a new person doing the billing. Couldn't get Neil to return my call after several messages via text.
