I moved out of this apartment on Aug 1, 2024, completed the move out card as instructed, and was told that my security deposit would be processed. It has now been over a year, I still have not received my deposit back. During this time, management has given me conflicting and confusing answers. Worst management I have ever delt with. They are evicting everyone for smoking weed when it's all hear say and not facts. They gave me a bad review for the new apartment I apply for. Nicole is the worst manager I have seen

Intimidating and harassingg residents. Allowing non-SMR people to have the master key to everything. Allow tenant that trespassed into others apartment to continue living here while threatening to evict the victim. Allows drunken public behavior in the properties common area. Shut heat off causing residents apart to drop well below 65. Discloses resident's private info to other residents and non-employees. Allow criminals to live here with criminal records.

Not professional. Thief's, liars. They have favorites for tenants and do whatever for them to keep them happy such as not kick them out after numerous visits (10 in a year) from the fire department.. management gossips with them & they plot together. They love hearsay. If I could do zero stars I would.. They kick families out in -30 below blizzards threatening eviction if they aren't out when the reason is BS.
