I was scheduled for an intake session with Vanessa Carter LCSW and she completely did not show up. I waiting for over 20 minutes called and texted her direct line and left a voicemail and email with the agency. When someone got back to me a day later (the founder Soribel) initially Vanessa lied to her and said she waited for me in the zoom for 15 minutes and then left.
