Team Padernacht is an excellent realty team. What a pleasure and relief to get our parents apartment sold. There were challenges with the cooperative admissions approval process, a new building onsite management office, ongoing construction, and building repairs that affected parking. It didn't feeling like it would be easy to show the apartment.
