SMP continues to find different ways to disappoint customers. I have a Toyota Sienna at the collision centre since February. I was told the car parts were yet to arrive but they will inform me as events unfold. They never did. SGI has been sympathetic and very friendly. SMP still sends me e-mails to come for routine maintenance but no update on the car parts. It was SGI that told me SMP got the parts like 2 weeks ago but will take them a month to fix the car. Very exhausting relationship.
