Absolutely fantastic, brisket just melts in your mouth. Will have to try the ribs next time
Beyond awesome brisket!
Great ribs, especially the St. Louis style. The side of cole slaw and fries were good. The bbq sauce can use some work since it does not enrich the taste of the ribs. The ribs have an excellent smokey flavor. I'll have to order dessert next time.
