I ordered the pulled pork platter with macaroni and cheese and beans which came with coleslaw. My husband ordered the brisket platter with fries and coleslaw and beans. He also ordered gumbo over rice which had chicken sausage and beef I believe. We also took an order of ribs home to go. Smoque catered our engagement party, and it was perfect. The delivery guy showed up at 4:15 to set up, and as folks weren't going to be showing up until 5, I was a little nervous. But the gentleman assured me that he was perfectly fine hanging out for half an hour before setting up, and that the food would be perfectly hot, and the burners would keep the food warm long into the night. The brisket is the best that I've had in a very long time Drove 40 min to get there Waited 20 min to place order & about 15 to get our order BUT it was definitely worth the wait. Chicken was very tasty. My new go to place for BBQ!
This is about the tenth time we've been here. For us It's abiut a 50 mile trip from Valparaiso, In. Amazing how they can cram such good food in a little place where the line coming in seemingly never ends. Love the ribs and chicken which we split. The baked beans are some of the best we've ever had. Have tried every side and love them all. If you've never been put it on your bucket list. You won't regret it.
