They give really good haircuts and they are super nice I come out looking like a new person
I had a terrible experience with one of your barbers, I had booked an appointment with Jay for 10:15 and he never even showed up, after waiting 50 minutes I had asked one of the other barbers Eddie if he can please cut my hair which he did even though he had clients already scheduled Eddie did an amazing job he was friendly and gave excellent customer service, Eddie finished my cut at 11:40 and Jay was still not there, no call no text nothing. Shoutout to Irv. Went and took my brother for a haircut last week. Walked in (didn’t know about the appointment part) and he was free to squeeze the two of us in before his next appointment.
Shoutout to Jay for saving the day and working his magic!! I WISH I had a picture of the hair we walked in with … My guy got his hair and his hairline totally botched at another barbershop and he wanted to go bald but I begged him to let me bring him here to see if they could do something. Jay and his coworkers explained to me it was best to buzz it but that they would even it out and keep some hair (thank god). They seriously did great work!
